Clergy

The Rev. Joseph M. Constant
A native of Haiti, Joseph M. Constant was ordained as a deacon in 2003 and as priest in 2004. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Engineering from Northeastern University and a Master of Divinity from Virginia Theological Seminary. After graduation from seminary, he served as the Assistant Rector at St. Timothy’s Episcopal Church in Washington, DC for almost two years. Then, he joined the staff at Virginia Theological Seminary in 2005 as Assistant to the Dean for Admissions and Community Life. During his time at the Seminary, he created the Office of Racial and Ethnic Ministries and served as Director of Ethnic Ministries.

The Rev. Dr. Olivia Hilton
The Reverend Dr. Olivia Hilton is a graduate of Wesley Theological Seminary and Virginia Theological Seminary, Mother Olivia grew up in the Episcopal/Anglican Church, both in the United States and overseas. As a Foreign Service Officer with the U.S. State Department for almost 30 years, she represented the U.S. in Asia, Europe, and Latin America, as well as focusing on international religious freedom; democracy and human rights; and refugee issues during Washington assignments.
