Clergy

The Rev. Joseph M. Constant

A native of Haiti, Joseph M. Constant was ordained as a deacon in 2003 and as priest in 2004. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Engineering from Northeastern University and a Master of Divinity from Virginia Theological Seminary. After graduation from seminary, he served as the Assistant Rector at St. Timothy’s Episcopal Church in Washington, DC for almost two years. Then, he joined the staff at Virginia Theological Seminary in 2005 as Assistant to the Dean for Admissions and Community Life. During his time at the Seminary, he created the Office of Racial and Ethnic Ministries and served as Director of Ethnic Ministries.

The Rev. Dr. Olivia Hilton

We are delighted to welcome to St. John’s our new Associate to the Rector, The Rev. Dr. Olivia Hilton. Reverend Dr. Olivia Hilton is a graduate of Wesley Theological Seminary and Virginia Theological Seminary, Mother Olivia grew up in the Episcopal/Anglican Church, both in the United States and overseas.

The Rev. Kim Hudson-Delmore

The Reverend Kimberly “Kim” Hudson was ordained to the diaconate in the Episcopal Diocese of North Carolina, where her ministries included racial reconciliation, women’s prison ministry, Servant Leadership, and retreat ministry. She is a graduate of the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and The Dickinson School of Law, as well as Sewanee’s Education For Ministry (EFM) program. Her legal experience includes positions in disability, energy, and employment law. A native of Raleigh, North Carolina, Deacon Hudson is the oldest of three girls and a lifelong member of St. Ambrose Episcopal Church in Raleigh.
